Don't be old before your time!

An awful lot of people embrace middle age and even old age well before they get there. It's as if they don't know what's waiting for them at the final destination. (If I need to remind you, it's death).

Here are a number of traits I've identified that'll help you spot someone who's ageing more quickly than he should be:

In truth, it doesn't matter what physical age you are, you should possess all the traits in the first column - the one I've headed: 'Youthful. - throughout your entire life

If you have any of the those listed in either of the other columns, you're probably getting old before your time.

You need to  reflect on it, and do your level best to turn the clock back before it's too late!

By the way, it seems that movement and exercise are closely related to brain health, so you might want to check out these posts as they just might help you to hang on to your youth:

Just walk

Keep moving

How do you put on your socks and shoes?
